From sawing logs d above 30 cm



Company "Belozerskles". Wood-sawing production.

Under the program of timber processing development on the basis of the enterprise Company "Belozerskles" the sawmill of softwood sawn-timber manufacture with annual volume of 9000 m3 was built.

Cutting is carried out on the semi-automatic line equipped with 2 machine tools "Kara Master" (Finland) and bilateral edging machine tool "Kara" (Finland).

Drying is performed by the drying complex consisting of 4 chambers (80 m3 each) of production of "Secal", Italy. Sorting and intermediate storage of dry material is made in the closed shop. The heated shop with the area of 860 m2 was constructed for plane equipment and butt saw equipment layout. For manufacture of plane products 7-th spindle machine tool Winner (series Feeler) was installed. The semi-automatic machine tool SRS-18 firm "GLOBAL EDGE" Russia – Taiwan was installed for sawn-timber cross-cutting.

Loading of chambers and loading of trucks is carried out by diesel loaders of firm "TVEKS", (Tver, Russia) and "Volzski pogruzchik" (N. Novgorod, Russia). The loader of firm "Toyota" (Japan) works inside the sorting shop.

By now the enterprise produces sawn timber of the following sizes:

  • 14x72/100x3000 – 1000 mm
  • 22õ100/125/150õ5100 – 4200 mm
  • 32õ100/125/150/175/200õ5100 – 4200 mm
  • 50x175/200/225x5100 – 4200 mm
  • 75x150/200/225x5100 – 4200 mm

We are able to produce outsize sawn-timber according to your requirements.

Grading is carried out according to Russian GOST:

  • 1-4 grade according to GOST 26002-83 for center board
  • 5th grade according to GOST 26002-83 for center and side boards
  • 0-3 grade according to GOST 8486-86 for side boards
  • 4th grade according to GOST 8486-86 for center and side boards
