The procurement and implementation of round timber is one of the main direction of activities of the Cherepovetsles company. Today the main technology of work is Scandinavian, the timber harvesting is carried out using methods of sustainable forest management. It is based on final and selective felling in forests leased from the state using imported equipment.
Cherepovetsles company produces 1.5 million m³ of round timber annually. All manufactured and supplied products are 100% certificated according to the forest management system Forest Council Stewarship standards. The products are transported to the customers by water, trucks and railway.
