Historically, the enterprises of the Cherepovetsles holding company have been helping local authorities and residents to solve social problems in their districts for decades. The company spends more than 20 million rubles on sponsorship annually.

There are also special programs to help pensioners – old stagers. There have been established the trade union organizations and collective agreements have been forced on the enterprises of the holding. It provides additional benefits and payments for employees. The collective agreement of the Babaevsky LPH was recognized as the best in the Vologda region in 2016.

The school forestry has created in Babaevsky LPH and Belozersky LPH. The company's specialists prepare a shift of young foresters in it`s classes in classrooms and outdoors. They help students to comprehend the secrets of the nature their native land in theory and in practice.
