On February 28, a career guidance meeting of students and teachers of the Ustyuzhensky Polytechnic Technical School and the Sazonovsky branch of the technical school took place with representatives of the personnel development department and the training and educational center of the Cherepovetsles holding company.

During the meeting, graduates of "Forestry" and "Car driver and agricultural machinist" specialties got acquainted with the activities and development prospects of the holding, learned about the opportunities for internship and further employment at holding’s logging enterprises. The students of the technical school were presented with the program and opportunities of the educational center of AO "Babaevsky lespromkhoz".

As a result of the meeting, together with the administration of the technical school certain ways were identified for further interaction: practical training, open lessons and excursions for students and teachers at the holding ‘s enterprises. The next step in the development of partnership relations will be the signing of cooperation agreement between the Cherepovetsles Holding and the Ustyuzhensk Polytechnic College.

The career guidance meeting showed that the forest industry of the region needs qualified personnel, and the Cherepovetsles Holding creates all conditions for the professional and career growth of young specialists.
