In August 2020, the first stage of the Lean Production project was held at OOO “Belozersky lespromkhoz”, in which employees of the separate subdivision "Lesozavod" N. Mondoma took part.

During the training, the participants mastered the principles of lean manufacturing, identified bottlenecks in their production and developed an action plan for the introduction of lean manufacturing tools at their workplaces. The implementation of the next stage of the project is planned for next year.
