In 1999, the development of modern sawmill construction project was started on the basis of the AO “Belozersky LPH”. The choice was made in favor of milling and paving technology, which allows processing wood with maximum yield, and the sawdust and chips obtained in the production process are used for further industrial processing. The equipment for the enterprise was supplied by the "SAB Sägewerksanlagen GmbH" (Germany).
In the summer of 2001, a sawmill and a lumber sorting line were put into operation. The plant entered the full production cycle in July 2002 — with the launch of the roundwood sorting and debarking line. The entire volume of products is dried in drying kilns, which were installed inside a sawdust boiler house.

The design capacity of the enterprise is up to 100,000 m³ of sawn timber per year. Only high-quality coniferous wood (spruce 70% and pine 30%) is used as raw materials. The plant supplies its products to the countries of Central Europe, China and North Africa, where they are used for the glued structures production (beams and shields), furniture, planed mouldings, building structures, packaging material.
The plant was built a few hundred meters from the Nizhnyaya Mondoma port (Belozersky district) on the shore of Beloe ozero (White Lake). Thanks to this, the company has the opportunity to ship products by river—sea vessels, as well as by trucks and containers. The port has a special platform for loading wood chips into ships.
